ABOUT JEN
Jen is a mom to three amazing teenagers. Her first blessings were twins. A son Josh and daughter Briana and soon after came another blessing, daughter Gianna. Having three kids in two years along with growing Lighthouse Insurance Agency into a successful and thriving business has given Jen the ability to understand the needs of others. Jen is a lover of life with a passionate desire to impact and help others. As the dedicated leader of the Lighthouse Insurance Agency team, Jen pours her 37+ years of being in the insurance industry into making sure her clients and communities are properly protected and served. A speaker, author, consultant and protection advisor, Jen truly believes that her top core values must be built into every transaction – “Do Unto Others” along with being honest, dependable, transparent and knowledgeable. Quality relationships are everything to Jen. Outside of the agency, Jen loves family, her fur babies Bella, Cooper & Harper, traveling to places that they have never been before and of course going to beaches with lighthouses. When Jen is not at the office you can find her enjoying a cup of coffee with friends, being a taxi driver to her three teenagers, or attending events with her fur babies.

Jen is the President and Team Leader of Lighthouse Insurance Agency. Jen started the agency from scratch March 1, 2002. Jen has been gifted this leadership role with the belief that there is nothing better than teaching and inspiring other people who want to be taught and inspired. Jen specializes in serving and protecting the assets of businesses and individuals, sits on several Board’s including currently serving on the New York State Teachers Retirement System's Board of Directors as a Trustee and serving her 10th year on the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Board of Education. Jen is dedicated daily to the care and service of her clients, her team and communities.

- Life changing moment in business was when Jen was on an airplane during the Sept 11, 2001 attacks. A few short months later Lighthouse Insurance Agency LLC was born.
